I found the lack of housekeeping to be irritating. for the price, i expect daily cleaning. It was only done every other day. also, the front desk staff seemed uninterested in resolving issues. i asked for extra towels and never received them. the request was like a huge burden to them. this really put a damper on my stay.

The room included a microwave and refrigerator. i found a keurig coffee maker with coffee pods. the bathroom had ample counter space. This accommodated my toiletries easily.

The hotel had easy access to the Red Line at the corner, VERY convenient. The rooms were beautiful and updated. I enjoyed my stay. The Red Line station made everything accessible.
