adequate stay with issues

lack housekeeping uninterested staff

I found the lack of housekeeping to be irritating. for the price, i expect daily cleaning. It was only done every other day. also, the front desk staff seemed uninterested in resolving issues. i asked for extra towels and never received them. the request reminded me of a huge burden to them. this really put a damper on my stay.

The hotel is near the train, made getting around easy. the gym access was 24 hours (i liked this a lot). my room was quiet. It was also very clean.

Check-in was slow. I had to wait a long time. the front desk seemed understaffed. also, there was a loud banging sound throughout the stay. it was quite annoying and made it difficult to relax.

convenient refrigerator keurig coffee maker ample counter space

The room included a microwave and refrigerator. i found a keurig coffee maker with coffee pods. the bathroom had ample counter space. This accommodated my toiletries easily.

the elevator access required a room key, though sometimes it was a bit slow during peak hours.

easy access updated rooms

The hotel had easy access to the Red Line at the corner, VERY convenient. The rooms were beautiful and updated. I enjoyed my stay. The Red Line station made everything accessible.
